Serg was very professional & knowledgeable of what was happening with my system. He was fast and honest the entire process. He is a huge asset to the company. I truly appreciate the entire team Savanna was so supportive of our issue i recommend them 100%. They will not rip you off your money. If these guys say they found the issue trust and believe them they will get your issues resolved. Be patient with them trust me I will be using their services for as long as I am in CT. Great service. I called and explained I had a leak with my boiler but it wasn’t an emergency. Sergio was sent out within a couple of days. He repaired it in less than an hour and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

My tankless water heater was not heating my water. I had Massimo and his crew look at it. They quickly knew what the problem was and within two days I had a brand new water heater and HOT WATER finally!! They are very professional, clean and respectful. I found Massimo’s after trying to find a good HVAC company for 2 weeks. Being a new first time owner this was not very easy. I first had Aiello home services come out. For $100 they told me I had a leak and should replace my system. Then they told me there is another problem with coils and to further diagnose it was an additional $200. I told Aiello to take a hike. Made some more calls and found Massimo’s. Thank the lord I found them!! The tech comes found no leak, nothing wrong with the coils. Just a bad capacitor. $150!! I’m nice and toasty warm again! Thank you so much Sergio, (I think that’s his name) Massimo and the nice woman who scheduled me. Thank you for being an honest company!

Massimo and his crew were extremely professional and clean and informative while installing our new boiler and thermostats. They did a great job and we couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be using them again . They also fixed our a/c unit in the spring and it honestly has not worked better!

I called to restore heat to my house and within 30min minutes they were at my home. Quick diagnosis , replaced the transformer and got heat back. This is the second time they have been to my home. The first time was for AC fix. They are reliable and trustworthy. Just signed a year maintenance cotract with Massimo.
