My thermostat was off when I woke up yesterday. I contacted them online and they called me to ask details of my problem. They said the service call is free and they can come on the same day. The visited and found the problem was caused by short circuited cable but not the thermostat itself. The short circuited cable nuts were replaced right away and my home became warm again. Hilton and Ronald are nice efficient and professional!

Amazing Company! Hilton and his brother provided the best service to date I've ever received as a homeowner. Responsive, professional, informative, honest and outstanding workmanship. Came out right away with a few different options to get our central AC cooling better, called back to check on things and overall just really nice guys. These two stand by their work and will be my go to for cooling and heating needs for now on. Highly recommend!

Hilton and Ronald added additional air return and did some HVAC improvements for me. The quality of work and price were exceptional and I tremendously enjoyed dealing with them. I never had a feeling of being pressured, taken advantage of, or smothered with HVAC lingo. They completed the project very quickly and tested the system to make sure the improvements worked. Communication is also praiseworthy. The brothers were always available to answer questions and offered updates all along. Overall, I am very happy and would hire them again without even thinking about it.

As first time home owners, after decades in the city living in apartments, we prioritized trust and relationship above everything in looking for vendors who could help us with our new home. As soon as turned on our AC condensing unit for the first time this summer, it was clear something was wrong.

I found Brother Fix It online as we were having issues with our furnace. I was pleasantly surprised with the promptness, courtesy, and professionalism from both Ronald & Hilton. Ronald diagonsed the problem and quickly fixed it. I called them back a couple of days later to replace my hot water heater that had failed. Once again, they exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys are amazing. Not only are they professional and courteous but they were extremely knowledgable and thorough. We had an issue with our AC and my family was roasting inside. They came to the rescue and did a fantastic job. What I found so refreshing was their honesty. So glad I found them and will be using them for all my HVAC needs and maintenance going forward.

2 of the worst, most unprofessional, inexperienced hvac people we have ever hired. Do yourself a favor and hire someone with more real world experience. These guys have very little experience and took a job that was beyond their scope of expertise. Horrible experience.

Its amazing how they can perform hvac & appliance services. Hilton & ronald were very professional and honest with a big project at my house that included ducts and vents installation as well as an A/C unit. I’m very proud to give them 5 STARS.
