This is the 2nd time in the last 2 years that he has committed to come to my home to fix a leak and never showed up. Both times he stated that he will come either on the day of my call or no later than the next day, and both times he never showed up. To make matters worse on this current occassion (December 19-20, 2018), he lied to my home warranty company and said he could not reach me by phone, when both my land line and mobile phones were working fine. I feel foolish for giving him a second chance, after he screwed me the first time last June. AVOID HIM!

We paid a diagnosis fee of $100. Then the company requested another $145 on arrival and refuse to look at the heating system without additional payment.
The next company we used was professional
and repaired the issue in an hour, that was covered 100 percent by Total Protect.

Referred through Sears Home Service. Number provided jump to different number and mailbox full. Sears had same issue when calling them. If the service ever happens I will come back and update review

Excellent HVAC service. Owner and tech is very knowledgable and has great service rates - not to mention reachable and shows up on time (not as common as I thought with some contractors..) Can install and service any of the HVAC systems that I have in my house. Was super helpful with some light troubleshooting I had to do after some DIY upgrades...Definately give them a look!
