BAD COMPANY RUN AWAY !! Started work in July 2022 no A/C all summer. STILL NOT DONE, failed inspection AND VERY POOR RESPONCE TIME. Wide open areas left below the heat unit lossing heat and costing me money. Non heat approved supplies used too. Doubt if they will finish this calander year. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY 3 weeks and still no response. THEY DO NOT TEST their work and try to get you to sign off on the job before it is done correctlty

Started the morning with no hot water. Giacco Oil to the rescue in under two hours, replaced the broken part on our oil tank and cleaned the entire boiler. Two years ago they installed our new boiler and water heater and they’ve also moved an oil tank and installed an outside fill pipe for us. We couldn’t be happier with the service they’ve provided to us!

Well my furnace motor was shot and the unit I had in my house was very old. I knew I needed to replace my furnace but kept holding off , praying every season that it would work when I would turn on my heat...
Called Giacco oil and told them my heat isn’t coming on, Jeff Giacco was at my house in 1/2 hour to check everything out, told me he could replace the motor, he didn’t try selling me a new furnace, wasn’t pushy at all... That’s what I liked.
I opted to go for the new furnace instead of just replacing the Motor of the blower.
He went and ordered everything he needed,
Came back to my house and took the old out
And replaced the new the following day ..
Very professional, friendly and Quick...

After load of laundry, the Naviem Boiler heat crapped out. One call to their office and a few hours later repair men showed up too look at what might be wrong. They quickly and effectively communicated the existing boiler isn't repairable. The very next day this tandem had a new unit at my residence to restore heat back in the house. They arrived when they advised the day before. A few short hours later heat is back and hot water exists again. Highly recommend this company as a result of my experience. Great work Giacco!!

I’ve been using Giacco Oil for a handful of my multi family properties, for routine cleaning/service, parts replacement, oil drum replacements, and new installs of systems. In the 6+ years doing business with them, I’ve NEVER experienced an issue. They get the job done beyond what is expected, and truly give me peace of mind. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They replaced our central air unit under contract from sears. They put a hole in our ceiling that they never fixed despite promising to do so. Any future requests to have it fixed were ignored or we were given the runaround saying to contact Sears. Sears in turn said to contact Giacco. I would never recommend this company for anything

After multiple quotes from other companies we had Jeff and his son install a mini-split system in our home. Lynn was always easy to deal with and would follow up with any questions in a timely manner. We love the Daiken units, Thanks Jeff and Lynn.

Jeffery the owner is a con artist, don’t believe him when he says you need something replaced, get a 2nd opinion. Other than momma Giacco the office staff is horrifyingly unprofessional (blondy knows who I’m talking about).. stay away for your own good. I believe in supporting mom/pop type businesses, this one doesn’t deserve that

Furnace went out at 6 in the morning and was back up at 2 in the afternoon. Great service.
