Neil is amazing at what he does. not only did he respond and help in a timely manner but is knowledgeable enough to suggest multiple solutions to almost any problem I had. I am unsure who has more experience than Neils 50 years in the plumbing business.

A-1 has been our plumber for over 13 years. In building all the Gofer Ice Cream shops, where I was the General Contractor, we utilized them. Neil is fair, fast and does top quality work. I have seen the difference with other plumbers where I was not the hiring manager. He worked with us and I can only recall one issue over the years, which was not even related to his work, but he came and helped us out. Highly recommended.

A wonderful guy, conscientious, and completely reliable. Repaired a water heater for me, remained at my house for an hour to make sure the repair was sound (though he was very busy), then called three times over the next two days to check again.

Couldn’t even identify the issue — and charged me a $125 call fee (even though he came an hour later than when he said he would come). Looked at the wet wall for an hour and then assessed that there’s nothing he can do. I called someone else who came and fixed the problem in 45 minutes. What a waste of $125.

Great plumber. Very reasonable and knows his craft. Had a small bathroom remodel and he did an amazing job. A++ very satisfied.
