I've honestly never worked with a more wonderful company and considering we undertook a big installation, I was floored by how seamlessly everything was done. I can not say enough good things about Hefferon Heating & Cooling. Ernie and his ENTIRE team are fantastic! From the initial consult to the final install, we had a great experience with everyone we interacted with. For reference, we had a heat pump installed, along with all the ductwork, so it was a big job and we had a ton of questions. Everything was thoroughly explained, from options, to rebates to system operations - and you could tell Hefferon wanted to ensure we had a good experience. Would definitely work with them again and highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC needs!

Ernie Hefferon made the purchase and Installation of our new Train 2-Stage Air conditioning system with Wi-Fi, a real breeze! Ernie came out to my home and
gave us an in-depth presentation for the correct system for our situation. His knowledge and experience gave us a complete understanding to make the correct decision for our home. And the pricing was very competitive. The Heffron team was very professional throughout the entire installation. All of the workmanship was meticulous and our home was barely disrupted during the installation. If you are interested in a new system, I would strongly suggest hearing what Heffron has to offer.

I did not use this business because the "receptionist" or the person that answered the phone- I think her name was Dena-
was extremely condescending and rude to me. She was on a high horse and was spoke to arrogantly to me. Honestly, I have never be treated like that by a business that I was giving work to.

From the initial consult, to the well-prepared site to the day of install, we were beyond impressed. They were neat and tidy and left the house clean like they were never here. The system is perfectly sized and kept my house comfortable all Summer. professional and communicative all the way through.
