We had no hot water for a while. We called Hector and he responded right away. He was here the next day and diagnosed the issue, and he did not charge me for this visit. He came back a few days later because of issues with his van, he couldn't come out sooner, but he was communicative with me the whole time. He said he was gonna be here between 9am-10am, and he was. He fixed the problem in 2 hours. This is the 3rd time I've used his services and will continue to use his services. He was punctual, affordable, and thorough. Thank you Hector! You're a life saver!

We just purchased our home and had a few remaining issues with the heat. Hector was very informative, professional and efficient.

Hector came out in the middle of the night to service out furnace that was damaged after we took on water in our basement during the flash floods 2 weeks ago that destroyed everything in our finished basement. Park City Heating just left my house at 7:43pm. I have an old dying oil hw boiler. We had no heat and my wife was ready to kill me. Hector came with his big truck full of supplies for old and new systems! He was able to fix everything on site because of all the parts that he has at his fingertips. He actually swapped out my oil burner and it's never worked better. It’s so quiet, my wife thought it was still broken because she couldn’t hear everything rattling and rolling!! I had 2 other companies look at it this week and they were literally double what Park City actually charged me. You can’t go wrong with Park City Heating and Cooling!!

Hector was and is 1st class all the way. He came in on time and was honest when he he could have taken advantage of me. $113 later I feel he was honest and fair. I will only use Hector in any future issues.

Hector came out and diagnosed my furnace problem and I paid him. He promised to go see if he had the part to repair the furnace& he would call me back. I never heard from him again. My tenant had no heat and I had to call & pay another company to diagnose and fix my problem. 😕

Park City Heating and Cooling provided excellent emergency service this week when my furnace wasn't working. They are opened 24 hours as advertised and charge reasonable rates for services rendered. The HVAC technician on the call (Hector) was very professional and courteous. I will be using Park City for all of my future HVAC repairs and highly recommend this business to others.

Hector came in shortly after we contact him, extremely professional and very knowledgeable, fixed out unit very quickly, would make it a point to recommend him to anyone who would need heating and cooling service.

Over promised and under delivered. I called in the morning and was told “I’ll grab the part and come by this afternoon”....he didn’t show but texted that evening saying he hadn’t forgotten and he’d be there the next day - he didn’t show the next day either - I followed up a few times and he strung me along for another 2 days before I realized I was clearly not a priority. Last I heard he was “going to let me know how things were looking” at his last appointment - and I just never heard back. I finally called a competitor who came by the same day to diagnose the issue. If you value your time, don’t bother with this company!

Hector was absolutely the best! He came in, and right away he explained what the problem was and had us up and running in less than 10 minutes!!! I would definitely recommend this company! Not to mention his prices are literally the best!!!
