Unity Commercial HVAC & Roofing is phenomenal at what they do, and I am so pleased with the results. The day of the installation, Melvin and the team were right on time and really went above and beyond. Their attention to detail was readily apparent, and they took the time to explain the new equipment. Melvin and the team are experts who care for their customer.

Swiftly scheduled appointment to determine why A/C was over cooling lower level. Melvin inspected the furnace and located main cause and gave instructions on how to better control air flow around the house. Explained everything as he made some repairs to the newly installed furnace!!

John was on time, explained everything he was about to do and very efficient at his work. After the filter grill installation he explained how it operated and tested the furnace to make sure all was well. I appreciate that this company responded during a difficult time and is helping to resolve our problem.
