quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the part and was back in business within an hour for under $350- thank you Brady and Up Draft HVAC.

Failed to show up for scheduled appointments 2 days in a row. Also did not refund fees paid. I was never contacted to cancel the appointments either. I had to call them to find out the technician was not going to show up at the end of the 3 hour window. Both times. I would not use, or recommend this company to anyone ever.

The crew was professional and efficient with the knowledge of my furnace. They attended to all my questions and made me feel excited with their service. I would recommend him to anyone with heating and cooling needs.

They were fast to respond to phone call, appointment and Rex our service tech was clean and so pleasant. Not pushy and explained everything to me in a language I could understand. Fixed what was needed without trying to sales tricks. Will use again when time comes for annual service.. Made sure to clean up everything when he was done.

$179.00 for a service fee, just to send someone out take a look...? Yikes!!!
