Our A/C stopped cooling today and it was 80 degrees in our house. Bryan took my call at 6:30pm on Friday and asked me to send him some information about our system. He offered to come over and get things working. Within 30 minutes he had not only fixed the problem (failed capacitor) but cleaned up the shoddy work of the last technician. He also gave some very good advice for regular maintenance and proper filters.

I can’t speak highly enough of Bryan who went out of his way to help us, and was very honest and professional in his work (traits that are hard to come by these days). I highly recommend Eagle Crest Enterprises.

Bryan came out to our house and looked at our HVAC that was making a vibrating noise. Within a few seconds he found something blocking the motor and pulled it out. Fixed our problem. Other companies came out and just told us we had to change our Furnace. Bryan is honest and thorough.

It's been over 100 degrees lately. The news says EVERYBODY is calling for AC service. It was 80 degrees in the house. Bryan took my call, no waiting, and came over in the afternoon! Cold air is coming out of the vents. Very professional, quick and reasonably priced. I'm grateful.

AWFUL! ARROGANT! Please be careful recommending Eagle Crest Heating & A/C. Bryan came into my house to look at our project and insulted me. He disparaged other contractors, Referral list and BBB. I do my research for trusted, licensed contractors. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I will definitely let other neighbors and friends know of my experience.

Bryan and Corey came out during major heatwave and figured out what was wrong with our ac unit. my unit was put in over twenty years ago by Bryan. he stands by the products and the work that he does. Very conscientious, trustworthy

Worst experience ever! Bryan came out and was here for less than 5 minutes and basically said that we didn't need anything but a water hose to clean our system so it will start working properly. He was rude, arrogant, and didn't tell us what was wrong with our system at all.

Our furnace was making a noise. We called eaglecrest and they came out immediately. Their expertise resolved the problem in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

I was told he was an honest man who would not over charge or rip me off. He was in the neighborhood of my residence so he stoped in and checked out my furnace which only needed a small sensor cleaned and did not charge me for any services 10/10 would recommend and will use again
