In March of 2021, I took delivery of my families new home in Pueblo West, CO, where I was a routine attendee during the construction-building of the new home and this was the 3rd new home build for my wife and I, (and our last)! R & R Heating & Air Conditioning was the contracted company for the entire HVAC installation which is a dual zone system for my family needs. It is a very good system and is extremely efficient and comfortable for all of us. Last week we had a power outage and it off-set my thermostats which required me to contact R & R for immediate service. Once I called them, I had a company technician (Sheldon) who responded and spent several hours completing a full adjustment of my entire system. Most notable however is that Sheldon took a lot of time to explain the entire air treatment capabilities to my mother and I and he slowly walked us through the complete usage of our Honeywell Thermostat operations. They never called us back so we had to get someone else to fix the furnace

Expensive if you need them after hours but they came out immediately! Fixed our furnace (had the part in their truck) and were very kind and efficient. A must to call if you need repair in a hurry!

Installed our new furnace thay did great job very fast and efficient had everything done in one day and came back the next day to calibrate everything.now my house is nice and warm.pit in a new ac unit too cant wait to see how well it works too. Thank you guys very much.
