Floworx came other and cleaned my furnace and replaced my filter. the two man crew was on time, professional, very knowledgeable about their job for all questions I asked.

You get what you pay for. While Floworx Mechanical sells a quality product for residential HVAC with a respectable warranty, the cost savings is passed to the customer though cut corners, shoddy work, and excuses. This company is immature and lacks
the discipline and profesionalsism of other Pueblo companies. My installation took multiple attempts to complete the correct way with the company owner making daily excuses and blaming his crew for their mistakes. System was wired wrong upon installation, no filter installed in the furnace (voids factory warranty), duct work had to be redone 3 times, electrical conduit held together with calking, and bare wires left exposed. After about 2 weeks, several call backs, emails, text messages installation is complete and finally correct. Had I not stayed on top of this company and demanded a correct installation, I would have been left with an inoperable, warranty voided system. I actually considered stopping work and paying another company to come in and finish the work. Next time I will pay a little extra for the experience, attention to detail, and professionalism that several other companies in the Pueblo are more capable of providing.

The best company to have any of your heating or AC work done by! Very professional and answered my call after hours for a heating repair. It was after 5pm when I called to have my heater checked out on a very cold day. They said they could be right over, the tech Andrew was so kind and not at all irritated about the time. He completed the job and Floworx didn't charge me a huge fee for working after hours or for an "emergency". I will never use another company for any of my heathing or HVAC needs. Thanks Floworx!

I cant recommend these guys enough!! Jacob , Nancy and their team are very professional honest people. I will hire them for all my HVAC needs. They are the best all around.

The non-profit where I work experienced a malfunction of the A/C when temps were consistently high in Pueblo for several days in a row. Jacob sent a crew to look it over. They were prompt and very courteous. Service guys diagnosed the problem, ordered a new fan motor which Jacob returned with and personally installed to get us back on track. That was a life saver for our staff and clients. Service crew also inspected and cleaned a second unit at the adjacent building we had just purchased and installed a new thermostat (also donated) in that building. Professional, trustworthy and conscientious at every turn.

You absolutely cannot go wrong If You higher these guys. Service was amazing, knowledge and options were awesome, my job got done super fast and for a very reasonable price! With all the yoohoos who are in this industry who don't know a darn thing and who try and sell you everything under the sun you DONT need, you are seriously going to appreciate this company. They really truly know this business inside and out!! Great job!!!!
