I am extremely disappointed my property management company contracted with Teamworks for repair of our furnace. On the phone initially I was told 2-4 hour window. After 3 hours I called in and left a message. They returned my call quickly but said they could not come out the same day. The scheduler cursed at me and told me her and I clearly did not get along so she will deny our maintenance request and I will need to find a new company then she proceeded to hang up on me. Absolutely terrible customer service.

The phone call was 6 minutes long so I think that is not quite badgering. The scheduler raised her voice after asking once about the 2-4 hours. The scheduler stated she didn't know what the h*ll world I live in where that is possible. If my property management company is hard to deal with that is one thing but I asked for clarification and simply taking the couple of minutes to explain would have been lovely but instead I was berated.. I did not receive a scheduling phone call or email as stated by the scheduler. Just poor customer service. Especially considering we were able to have another company provide services already.

Extremely disappointed that my apartment complex (Terra Village) chose this company to fulfill our maintenance orders. I am absolutely furious that I came home to my apartment door unlocked, for who knows how many hours. My apartment was a mess from the job that was NOT completed when the notice I received stated that all messes would be cleaned up. Left my toilet seat up and dirty footprints all over the bathroom, dropped screws and other junk down our sink that I can’t get out. Left a bunch of drywall dust around. They dented our brand new aluminum trash can, and put a crack on an expensive painting that was on the wall that they just left sitting on my couch. Went into our bedroom even though the door was closed and they had no reason to go in there. I just can’t believe how unprofessional you guys were. Never will I recommend or use this company unless this is resolved, I now have a huge gaping hole above my sink that I need covered still and have to seek reimbursement for our damaged property.
