Scam!! Do not trust this Company!!! We were charged over $6k to repair a RTU at our place of business. Two weeks later it stopped working again, we called Elias (The owner/Technician) to come see why it was not operating. He had to call another company to come diagnose why it was not operating and found the part He just replaced went out! After weeks of calling and leaving messages and Emails. He finally Emailed and said it would cost another $1600 to fix again, Meanwhile over a month of his constant lies about having no service or being in the mountains, We finally got fed up and are calling a reputable company! This is the most unprofessional company and owner I have ever dealt with; Do not trust anything He says!!!!

Eli sold us a 3 zone mini split system which has worked flawlessly. Post install he has been very responsive and been very communicative.

This crew is amazing. They were super helpful, thoughtful, and reliable. We will recommend them to everyone we know. Thanks for everything!

Eli is a truce Professional I was lucky to have him diagnose my heater problem.
He determined it needed a new board and replaced the next day.
It workes great with no problems.
I had another big-name tech tell me I needed to replace the whole system.

If I could give more stars for Elias and Elite Mechanical Services I would. Elias and his crew are professionals through and through. I know since I own a business as well and deal with many companies. The work they performed for me was extensive. They replaced an existing 2nd floor A/C unit as well as install a 5 ductless/split unit. They put 2 units in the 1st floor of the existing house and 3 in my new addition. If you are looking for someone to do your work I would stop now and call Elias right away. Not only professional but the nicest people you would ever meet.

Elias of Elite Mechanical Services installed a multi register mini-split system in my ductless mountain house. I can’t overstate my satisfaction. This was a complex project but the work was done promptly and all promised time tables were met. Elias and his partner took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all my questions in specific detail. I was continually impressed by their level of skill, knowledge and level of professionalism. I appreciated the transparency of the cost. Detailed estimates were provided and matched the invoice. Lastly, from the first point of contact until weeks after the final check cleared, Elias delivered world class costumer service, promptly responding to all texts, phone calls and even followed up to ensure that the system was working as intended post install. I was in need of extensive flue repair and Eli and Adrian did an outstanding job. We had 3 other contractors out to look at the job/give quotes and Eli and his team were the only ones to get on the roof and actually inspect the entire flue system to ensure an accurate estimate. Furthermore the bid was well below other contractors’ estimates despite my furnace system being very unorthodox/difficult to work on. Adrian, the sheet metal/ductwork expert, was extremely professional and showed up right on time. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any HVAC needs and I will be hiring them again closer to spring time to install multiple mini-spilts in my house. Thanks again!

Run, do not walk, away from Elias Garcia and Elite Mechanical Services. This man and his team are completely inept!

When Eli first shows up to quote a job he appears to be conscientious, punctual and hardworking, however everything changes after that. Once installation occurs, you quickly find out that they did not install the HVAC product correctly. Once brought to Eli’s attention he apologizes, makes an appointment with you and then the excuses begin.

On the day he and/or his team are supposed to show, he sends texts saying they are stuck getting parts or stuck at another emergency job and will be there shortly. Sometimes they show hours later, sometimes they do not show at all.

We have had Eli ignore our “where are you, are you still coming” texts, emails and phone calls for days. At which point, we have had to say that we will have no other option but to take him to small claims court if he does not respond.

The latest example of this was this last Saturday, Eli and his team completed a 3rd zone hook up for our baseboard hot water system and also hooked the wiring/Thermostat for this area. Upon turning the Thermostat on it sparked, glowed orange and refused to work. I told Eli this and we made an appointment for Saturday morning at 8am. He confirmed it the night before. Saturday morning I get a text he is stuck at the supply house and will be 20-30 minutes late. I never saw nor heard from him again. We have repeatedly tried to get in touch with him and nothing.

We are out thousands of dollars and nothing he installed in my home is quality and runs smoothly or at all. Please do not let this man work on your home you will have to hire someone else to fix what he installs or repairs incorrectly.

Elias has always been on time and extremely professional. I've been running a property management company in Colorado for over 15 years and I've grown to count on Elite for pretty much anything HVAC related. Bravo!
