Video evidence was provided? That’s news to me and a complete lie. And you write this one year later? I would be curious to see the video of when your driver raced by me and ripped off my side view mirror. I understand that Joshua was shy to admit fault since he was driving a company car, but his lack of integrity combined with this fabrication are very disappointing. I didn’t cooperate with the police? On the contrary, it was you who did not want to get the police involved. This new response from you guys just confirms your untrustworthy character. But hey, you didn’t have to pay for or perform the repair on my vehicle so I guess it worked out for you this time.

This company cannot be trusted. One of their employees (Joshua Scott) sped past us, hit our van and took out the driver’s side view mirror. After we got the driver to pull over, he recognized fault right away and said his company’s insurance will pay for it. But after phoning his boss, all of a sudden he wasn’t sure any longer who was at fault. When we talked to Diller Mechanical Service directly, they were disrespectful towards us and seemed to encourage him to go with that lie.
We truly hope they step up and take responsibility for the damage their driver caused. We will write an update once we find out how they handle this situation.

This company has fraudulent billing practices. They don't break down labor/parts in their estimates and will try and charge you 400% what they should!
