I have called Colorado's Finest 2 times in the past month and Jordan came to the rescue the next day. He replaced my aging air conditioner and heater in record time getting air back on when it was so hot. Then as luck would have it I had a plumbing leak under the sink and Jordan was here the next morning to fix it. Jordan is very thorough and does fantastic work. These people are not only user friendly, there is no feeling of their having an underlying agenda to get me to buy a new system or do costly repairs, and the price is competitive. And, they do a good job.
I used their coupon to service my AC - they did not try to sell me a new one and did a fine job of fixing my sadly neglected older unit. A few months later I asked them to service my furnace and humidifier - the cost was MINIMAL and still no attempt to sell me a new set up and mine is older. PER MY REQUEST, Eric gave me a rough estimate of how much longer the system would most likely last and a ball park figure for the cost of a new complete set up.

We had Colorado's finest install a new furnace, AC, and move an electrical panel. We asked if they had an electrician and was told that they work "hand in glove" with the electrician.

They never filed a permit for the furnace or the electricity. Their quote was comparable to two other services we consulted. Since the electrician broke the seal on the electrical box to do their work the city caught the work right away. We had the work done in June, we talked to Jordan about it and he promised to have the permit filed and let us know the cost. Since I'm in contact with the city I know that he told them he would file a permit and has yet to do so.

In addition, when the furnace was installed my husband found that the air intake was not finished according to the furnace installation instructions or how it was put in the work order. It took them a month to fix the issue. Jordan does not take responsibility for the work, he blamed the air intake issue on his assistant and the fact that he didn't file for a permit on previous customers asking he stop filing permits so the cost isn't included in the work.

Jordan arrived to the rescue today as scheduled. He came out to inspect / service my heating / cooling as the home inspection showed an abnormally high CO reading. Jordan patiently inspected the unit, thoroughly cleaned the unit, showed me how to replace the filter and left me with peace of mind that the unit will perform satisfactory for some time. I highly recommend Colorado's Finest Heating and Air Conditioning and will use them to serve my future HVAC needs. Thank you Jordan!

Called for an emergency repair on our furnace on a Sunday. Jordan showed up promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem we were having. We couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism, explaining what was wrong and charging a fair price.
