When we had a crisis at our home, Paul took time out to head over and stabilize our situation. This is the second five star visit from Paul and we will definitely use him again. We highly recommend Bliss.

I scheduled a couple weeks ago to have this plumber install a gas line into our kitchen so we could install a gas stove. We’re moving into our newly renovated house in 2 days and the gas stove is one of the last things that needs to happen before it’s a fully functional house. Needless to say, his services were going to be very important to us.

He said he’d be at our house at 8:45am and that he’d be in and out of the house all day working on it. We arrived at our house at 8:45am and he wasn’t there. We figured he was running late, so finally at 9:40 we called him. He said he’d waited at our house from 8:30am to 8:45am and we weren’t there so he left. Now he was at a different job site all set up 30 minutes away from our house and said he wouldn’t be able to make it to our house for another week. Despite my pleading with him to come back to our house, he refused.

When I asked why he hadn’t called me, he said he hadn’t written down my phone number and didn’t know how to contact me. When I assured him that he’d told me 8:45am, he argued that I’d gotten the time wrong (I didn’t) and later argued that WE should’ve called HIM to see where he was earlier.

Overall he was rude and unaccommodating. He said he was a one-man show and couldn’t keep everything straight. This was a big inconvenience for us, since plumbers are usually scheduling days or weeks out. We still haven’t found anyone to do the job in time for us to move in. I would not recommend him and I was/am pretty angry and disappointed about the ordeal. I hope this experience encourages him to write down people’s phone numbers and correct arrival times in the future.
