When an appliance goes out around the holidays, it's for sure added stress...but the confidence Bob gave me of getting us back under way, was great! Bob went above and beyond to make sure my ice machine got back to doing it's job. It's such a refreshing experience, when a true professional comes to my door ready to serve. I will certainly call Bob again when something goes wrong.

I have know Bob & Barb from B&B appliance for more than 20 years. I have seen first hand how they do business. They have replaced my furnace and hot water heater. They have an old school mentality about business. Pride , honesty and with integrity, the way business should be done. If anyone is looking for this type of service I would HIGHLY recommend them.

B & B Appliance provided excellent service when my water heater kicked the bucket. They removed it and replaced it with a quality heater that is perfect for my size home and budget. My water is hotter than ever! I will definitely call them again when it's time for a new furnace.

Bob and his wife Barb do a good job. Does know what he is talking about for HVAC. If you want an honest appraisal of what's going on with your furnace, call these guys first. The 150$ trip charge was worth it to us.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had with a contractor. We had an appointment for Bob to look at our boiler, since we were long time customers we didn't bother calling any other companies. My wife and I both took off work early time meet him and he never showed up. I called him about an hour after we figured he should have been there and he yelled at me, claiming he knocked on our door and no one answered. He has both of our cell numbers and didn't think to call either of us. This resulted my pregnant wife, our two small children and I load up and go take showers elsewhere..

This company will NEVER get another dollar from me or anyone that will listen to me.

We did find another company to do the work and clean up the wiring disaster left over from B&B's previous visits. They will be getting all of our business in the future.

Bob did a poor job of standing behind his work. Poor customer service. Had to call in someone else to fix the brand new air conditioner that he installed only 9 months ago.

Bob arrived almost exactly when he estimated, figured out the problem on the air conditioner quickly, and offered some good advice. We would definitely use his services again.
