John the tech from Your Local Friendly Heating & Cooling Guy company is a personable, professional, and very knowledgeable guy. He addressed and investigated a question I had about the AC unit installed 8 months ago. He took the time to thoroughly explain the answers to me in simpler terms. He still does the regular service inspection and follow up on the AC unit. I am so happy with him and the company at large. They offer comprehensive service and a first-rate installation. Excellent job.

Top notch performance! John arrived on time and respected my home by putting covers over his shoes so as not to mess my house. He diagnosed my AC issue as a broken capacitor. He explained to me that the fan motor was spinning but spin up was slow. So while it looked like the AC was working it was not. He fixed it and also did a pressure test to make 100% sure there was not a leak. He was quick to answer all my questions and concerns. And he was very kind. He did a great job!!

I went online to inquire about replacing my air conditioner and came across this company . I placed an order and we made an agreement on the day and time for task. The techs arrived as we had scheduled. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. Unbelievably fast service and their price was fantastic. I called Your Local Friendly Heating & Cooling Guy for an issue I was having with water flow in the house and outside faucets. The tech called me back the same day, practically right away, and after talking things through he helped diagnose the likely problem over the phone. He showed up shortly there after and promptly replaced an old shutoff gate valve that had corroded and had a bunch of rocks stuck in it from construction done last fall. I was very impressed w/ the responsiveness and caring professionalism of the tech and the person who first answered my call. I highly recommend it!

I called Your Local Friendly Heating & Cooling Guy first thing in the morning with a blower motor problem and their technician arrived at my house almost immediately. He was prompt,professional, polite, thorough and very knowledgeable. He replaced the motor and cleaned the unit.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

They came in real fast when our furnace broke down and after doing thorough check up, they told us what was wrong and the much it was going to cost. Hired this company to install new HVAC system in house. The quote was 2nd most expensive but the work completed was outstanding. Everything was fair, professional, quick and transparent...exactly what I'm looking for in a service provider! Highly recommended!
