Had my AC unit serviced on May 9th 2023. As always very pleased with the service and honesty of the technician. The tech recommended a couple service items of which I did one on the AC fan. I will continue to use S&J for my HVAC needs

A week later we are still awaiting an itemized bill. As long time S&J customers, we were disappointed at the recent heat maintenance appointment. We feel that $415 was way too high for a routine service, including a $170 battery. What kind of battery retails for thst much? Poor treatment for a long time client.

Sanders & Johnson have been our go to for all HVAC and plumbing. We bought a house with an old water heater and they prices a few options for replacement. They have also performed annual maintenance on our furnace and A/C. They are always on time and very professional. Any items needing attention are explained in detail and repair pricing is totally transparent. Josh has been out to our house twice and he is GREAT!

Went very well! Got someone to come out quickly to diagnose the problem. Josh is super friendly and professional. Explained everything to us in simple terms and showed us where the problem was. Had to go get a part. Was back quickly and got the furnace up and running. The lady I called to get someone scheduled to come out was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely call them again!

Clarence is amazing he showed up early knew just what the problem was. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and repaired my air conditioner very professionally and quickly. If you need service or repair work please ask for Clarence. Great guy.
