This place is completely unprofessional. If you have a residential job, they will not show up for your appointment and say "The technician was held up on a commercial job". They just keep pushing your appointment our further and further. Save yourself the angst and book with someone else.

I called them on Saturday morning after calling a couple of other recommended contractors that weren't available to look at an outside A/C compressor fan motor that had burnt out the night before. It sounded like an answering service, but they said they could have someone out on Monday morning between 8AM-12PM. Yay! I received an e-mail confirmation shortly thereafter. Monday came, and I waited until 11AM, then decided to call, just to confirm. The lady who answered said that they'd be out before noon. Waited until 1:30PM, then called them again. They said that a commercial job was holding them up, but they'd be out shortly. Called them again at 3:30PM to see if anyone was coming. They said no, then said that they'd have to reschedule for the following Wednesday.
I told them I had a planned hospital outpatient thing on Wed from 9AM-4PM, then work, so it wouldn't work. I'd especially taken the entire day off on Monday just to wait for them to get my A/C working again in 95-100 degree weather. Unplanned delays happen, but they couldn't have even been bothered to call, text or e-mail me to update me once. I chose them due to their 100% 5-star ratings on Google reviews. I'm re-reading the reviews now and suspect most, if not all the reviews are fakes.

I am totally satisfied with Dayton Heating And Air Conditioning work and the system works great. It holds temperature within a half degree and does an excellent job controlling humidity. The air handler runs at reduced speed once the temperature approaches the thermostat setting. There are no drafts and the system is silent.

I woke up today with no heat. Called this company, guy showed up, hardly looked at much and told me I needed to spend $7500 on a new furnace.

I got another company to come take a second look. They fixed the heat within 30 minutes.
