Mike was quick with a same day/same afternoon response. He was professional, tidy and no BS when it came to fixing the furnace problem. No high dollar sales pitch. Just did the work and got the furnace running. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend Mike.

During the morning of October 29, 2019, our furnace would only blow cold air. I tried a few things myself, but couldn’t get it to fire up. Called Mike after hours and he came as soon as possible. After about 10 min., he diagnosed the thermostat as being bad. We mentioned we wanted to replace it with a Nest, and he got the heat running with a temporary thermostat until I purchased a Nest the next day. Friendly, efficient, and reasonable. Would definitely call him again.

Needed. R22 Added to low system. Didn't carry R22 . Informed call center at time of calling out it was a R22 system. So they should have told me they couldn't fix system and not even came out. And get a service card $$

Michael installed a new unit in our house in June of last year and it was a life saver last summer. Glad I meant him and am going to call him and schedule the installation of a unit next door to me. He’ll know exactly where I mean as he gave my renter a new motor for the water cooler they had for free. Very nice.

Michael scheduled installation and a $2000 deposit was to be paid for parts. It’s been several weeks and no reply or returned phone calls. If you have been scammed by this company get with me to turn complaints over to the DA for criminal prosecution for fraud and theft.
