Saks Heating & Air Conditioning

I spoke with Tom Tuesday and made a appointment for Friday. I took a half day off at work so i could have Tom fix my AC. At 4 oclock he called and said he couldn't make it. We talked about my schedule and he said he would come by on Saturday. He never showed up! He never answered his phone when i called! He didn't even have the courtesy to lie about why he couldn't make it on Saturday. He is unprofessional! He is not to be trusted! Dont waste your time or money on Saks!

Tom just came out to check on our furnace which happily happened to stop working on the coldest day of the year so far. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very quickly he was able to check the furnace and diagnose the electrician problems playing the furnace. I would highly recommend Sam's to anyone.

My experience with Saks Heating and Air Conditioning was phenomenal. I was referred by a friend helping me with my home renovations. When it came to do the HVAC, Saks was my only consideration. They did an incredible job. Their work is professional, their equipment is professional, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. Now my home is always comfortable and heating/cooling efficiently. They are the best HVAC company in Longmont and I highly recommend their services.
