Rocky Mountain Climate fixed my furnace and provided me with exceptional customer service! They were great to communicate with and their technician ,Gene, was an absolute gem! Excellent experience. Highly recommended!

There are good companies and not so good ones, I feel very fortunate to have found Rocky Mountain Climate to install our new furnace when a roof leak required us to replace it in 2013.

I understand this is a family owned business and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the time, effort and dedication they had for me and my home. During the install process I felt like I was their highest priority and they were there until the job was complete and I was satisfied. A lot of companies out there treat customers like cattle, “get them in get them out”. Not this one!

November 2017 I called them to service evaluate, and clean the unit for the sale of my home. As always the service and dedication was exceptional. I was scheduled next day, not weeks out and the service was above and beyond.

Like I said there are good companies and not so good ones, this one has been EXCEPTIONAL for me. I wish I could have them available for all my HVAC needs at my new home, unfortunately we are out of the area.

This business responds to a home job site on time with all the tools and equipment needed necessary to complete repairs and installation. The work crew was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I've been managing an apartment building for about ten years, and I have found Rocky Mountain Climate Heating and Cooling to be one of the best service providers I have ever experienced. The crew is skilled, courteous, and always willing to go the extra step. Also, the office manager is an excellent and prompt communicator.

I have had the opportunity to use RMCH&C for a few different projects over the last year. They have been extremely courteous, helpful, price conscious, on-time and all-around great people to work with on my HVAC projects. Simply put, they are the best and I highly recommend this company!

Really struggled with this review; if I were basing it strictly on friendliness, cost, quality of product, and desire to do well they'd get 5 stars. Overall work is 4, and other issues would come out at 1-3 stars. Hired them to install central AC. They originally said it would take 2 days since my furnace is backwards but it only took one - nice surprise. Fit me in quickly and called when they were on their way. Honest and trustworthy - I would not hesitate to leave them alone in my house if I'd had to.

HOWEVER, there were some issues. 1) My unit failed inspection because a seal was done from the inside (which is fine) but not labeled so the inspector had no way of knowing it had been done (usually they leave a note). 2) A pipe was not screwed in (not super important as did not affect functioning but still should have been done). 3) A brace was not put over the vent, which is usually done to prevent a thumping noise when the unit turns off and on. (They did fix this when they came back out to check the seal, and they came back quickly.) 4) Right after installation a lot of air was coming out of the furnace - but I had to bring it up to the tech for him to add another seal to it. 5) One of the techs parked in my new driveway and his vehicle leaked oil and antifreeze on it. He did put dirt on it which absorbed quite a bit, owned up to it right away, and another tech pressure washed it for me when he came back to fix the inspection issues. However, it's still stained despite his best efforts. My previously flawless, beautiful new driveway. 6) I had actually tried to cancel the post inspection visit as I'd had an emergency (car accident), but there was apparently a communication glitch and the tech showed up anyway. There was no phone call that he was on his way and he arrived 30 minutes early - with me just out of the shower and in my pjs.

The service was impeccable! They were honest and helpful. They saved me from paying 14,000 dollars that another company had quoted me. My technician explained what he was doing and what to look for if I had another problem. I will be using them for all of my heating and cooling needs from now on.

I use Rocky Mountain Climate Heating & Cooling for not only home HVAC projects but also for rental properties I manage. Bob, Gene and team offer great advice & competitive prices, while delivering on-time, quality results. Over the last year and a half, I've had an AC unit and humidifier installed, a chimney vent relocated, a microwave ducting transition fabricated, and original builder ducting installation/design flaws fixed. So satisfied with Rocky Mountain's prices and results...not going to anyone else!

Steve is a great service technician, he diagnosed and fixed the problem in one trip with no additional parts required. We only paid the trip charge. Frankie took the call in the office and was able to put us on the schedule ASAP.
