Pendleton Heating & Cooling

Our furnace went out this last winter while we were out of town. Remotely, Pendleton gave me sound advice and no pressure competitive options on a new Trane HVAC system. Our installation was a bit tricky in our older downtown home and Kip accommodated running the cooling lines in a way that optimized both view and obstruction. Kip has been servicing our heating and cooling needs for many years. He also services our tankless hot water heater and whole house humidifier. He does an awesome job!! He is courteous and professional!! He comes when scheduled and if ever he will be late, he calls. His prices are fair and honest!! I highly recommend Kip!!

Kip has earned this rating, his service is excellent. He makes himself available in an emergency, when it's cold and your furnace isn't working, he is there for you, by phone and if needed as soon as he can get there. We live in Calhan and not many will service our area without adding extra's or limited days per week. I can't say enough!

Came home late one evening to find I had no heat. When I called the next morning, Kip was able to come and check it out. He quickly diagnosed the situation, found the parts he needed and we were up and running again. I really appreciated the quick response and attention to our needs. I will be calling again when it is time to replace our furnace.

Kip was very honest and explained everything that needed to be done, without trying to upsell things I didnt need! My furnace is working like new again!
