Chris, Ethan and team at Elevation mechanical were extremely proficient, professional, efficient, kind, responsive, helpful, informative, and knowledgeable in their work on our home. The installation took one day, smooth and quick! Duct cleaning was included, bonus! My wife and I are thrilled with choosing Elevation, let them elevate your standards as well!

I would definitely use Elevation Mechanic services again. As a real estate professional representing a Seller, Chris met me out at the listed home to perform a clean and service of the furnace. We also were set to have the dryer vent cleaned per the Buyer's inspection objection request. Chris checked where the vent exited the exterior wall and said the vent was performing well and did not need any further servicing. He even put that information on the invoice that was provided to the Buyer. That was on Friday, and we closed on the home the following Monday. Had a great experience with Elevation Mechanical when they were out servicing my heating furnace and ac unit. On time and a reasonable price. My tech Shawn was outstanding!

Professional, timely and responsive! We had two HVAC companies unwilling to install a vent stack on our metal roof. Elevation mechanic came out to our house and the stack and venting was installed in less than a day.

Chris, Miguel and the team were amazing! Our furnace and A/C were 20 years old and the furnace finally stopped working on Saturday. Chris came over that morning and was able to get it running again and gave us several estimates to review for a new system and duct cleaning and was able to have a team out first thing Monday to swap out the old for the new. The entire team were professional and friendly and took the time to show us the work they were doing as well as share pictures of the before and after of the duct cleaning…..super gross! Lol They set up inspection from the city for today and the inspectors said they did a great job and remarked how the company even sealed along the top of the furnace hood (sorry I don’t know the lingo) and that most companies don’t take the time to do that. He said they really must take pride in their work. I would highly recommend this company!

I was very impressed with the quality and work the Elevation Mechanical does! We had our vents cleaned, a furniture tune up, and the blower wheel cleaned. It was a long process, but the house air does feel clearlner. Lusis and Eathan were very professional, knowledgeable, and were both very friendly. I'm still not 100% sure what would be the best route to help the flow of the heat and AC to the upstairs. We discussed duct sealing, but possibly getting another exchange installed would be the ultimate solution. But that would be allot more work. I'd have to get another estimate. I would definitely recommend Elevation Mechanical to my friends and family! Only one negative when the guys cleaned up they forgot to vacuum up a little dry wall on my bathroom floor. But it's OK I needed to sweep and mop anyway.

Elevation Mechanical was able to fix our heater when it cut out. The crew was super nice and able to explain the issue that they fixed! Other business were booked all the way into December but they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Fantastic work, I highly recommend.

I used Elevation Mech for water heater replacement and they did great job. Will be using them in future for all Water heater and heating/ cooling jobs. Their office is quite prompt to respond.

Wow! What a great experience we had with this company today. We ended up needing a new furnace and these guys completed the job in one day! The crew even stayed late to make sure they answered all my questions. I can't say enough about this company and the customer service. Chris, the owner, explained the concerns and never once pressured us to buy anything. He took the time to explain everything and I can't thank them enough. I called for service on my 2 year old furnace (installed by another company that is now out of business) that stopped working. The phone was answered quickly and professionally. I was given a prompt arrival time and quote. I wasn't put on hold multiple times like other companies. I was text with updates which was very much appreciated. Shawn Brooks was my technician and was very pleasant to work with. He fixed my issue promptly, explained what happened and how to avoid it happening again. He didn't push sales of other products me. He answered my question about allergies etc. I will have Shawn back out for a spring tune up on my furnace and AC units. I highly recommend Elevation Mechanical.
