Bruno's Heating & Cooling

Property management picked this company because trust me I wouldn’t have. Showed up 30 minutes late (no apology) then proceeded to do NOTHING due to the fact that he didn’t have a tall enough ladder for getting on the roof or a ladder to get into the attic. He took a “peak” into our attic & struggled with that due to his size. His overall assessment was “we do too much laundry” which blew our minds because he didn’t SEE or DO anything to come up with that! I’m shocked that this company has any customers.

We have used Bruno's for many years - for our business and our home. They have always provided prompt, courteous service. They have also made trips in blizzards to make sure we have heat! Kudo's to Bruno's!

Called for a simple quote to install a safety drip pan. I was told to go elsewhere because the job was too small. They only want to deal with bigger jobs. Don't give your money to these people.

Not to be trusted. Paid double the amount I was quoted. I was put on hold forever when I called and told them I was calling to make a payment... That was a first.

Had them do work for us and now they don't answer their phones! I will never use them again!
