Walter was personable and well-informed, punctual and quick to fix my problem. I have used Alphalete four times in the past three years and the crew there, office to plumbers, has been excellent. 5 stars!

I had water coming up from my floor drain. It was due to my drainage being clogged. I called around to quote different plumbing companies and Alpalete was not only cheaper, but they were able to come 1 hour after calling them. Diego was my technician, and eveidentally the owner of the business, and was able to service after hours. You're charged extra for after hours but at least it's an option you get if the issue is serious enough to warrant immediate help. Professional and thorough, would recommend to anyone and use again if another issue arises.

I made a same day appointment to have a whole house filter installed and Walter was the technician they sent out. He was very professional and did research to try and find me the best option for my situation. Great customer service. Will definitely refer Alphalete and use them in the future!

Our backflow device was leaking which caused it to flood the office. We called Alphalete and they sent out Diego the same day to take a look at it. He quoted us almost half the price of another company and started the work the next day. He was on time and got the job done quickly and correctly. He got us set up with two things to help prevent this from happening to us again! We really appreciate Alphalete and will definitely use them again for our company and personally for our houses.
