Michael responded very quickly to my request for service via their website. He came out, diagnosed the issue, and got us up and running again very quickly. If the need arises, I'll call Michael again.

Mike and his team were just the best. When they visited the house the first time, instead of just repairing the HVAC, they recommended a total replacement because the life span of it was due. Meaning, it could be repaired and the unit may last for only a few weeks, which would mean spending so much without getting the value I wanted. The leadership and friendliness displayed throughout the entire process is something I value. Very nice guys! I recommend them for any one in the HVAC space!

Mikail and Paul were professional, knowledgeable, communicative and courteous. They helped me get a system in in January, in snowy weather. I had been through 3 other quotes, 2 of which I paid for, all of whom wanted more for the work and a all had to add things I didn’t want (or need according to city ) Paul explained everything from a scientific perspective, they worked with my budget, and were no BS no hassle the whole time. I ended up with a central air system as well. Not because they upsold me, but because I asked and they managed to get me a great quality one installed within my budget. The most impressive and frankly shocking we’re the city inspectors reactions to the work. They came separately, on the same day, one electrical one mechanical. The first worlds out of their mouths were: mechanical inspector, “wow, this is a really nice system” electrical inspector, “This is really great! These guys did you right”

This is a first! First cold spell of the season heater would not stay lit. Called a few places and they couldn't get me in until the next day. Called BHCA today Michael picked up. Told him my issue and said he would be there in 10 min. He fixed the issue (CO2 sensor) and had us back up and running within 45 min. Start to finish. Will definitely use them again. Thanks Michael!

I started out with another company that came and told me my AC would need replacement parts and the cost would be in the thousands. On a whim, I picked this company and left a message to get a second opinion. Mike called back right away and said he could come take a look the next day. A few hours later, he called back and came the same day! Mike came with another worker and within a few hours they had refrigerant added and my house was feeling nice and cold! They explained everything from beginning to end and it was easy to tell they are honest and fair. I highly recommend these guys!

Michael and Paul were so knowledgeable and informative explaining the whole system and what was wrong in great detail. They had the opportunity to upse to us as I kept saying how I thought we needed a bigger system, but they explained why that would not be beneficial to us. Will definitely use them again!
