To say, the least Deluxe Air has been a lifesaver! They installed our unit in their early beginnings and we have been a customer ever since!!! In all these years, we have had different issues arise and NOT once have they failed us!!! Luis, the owner, is such a wonderful human being, who has never lost his humbleness and his respect towards the people he serves. He treats his customers like family and validates their needs regardless of the severity. This leaves his customers feeling understood, appreciated, and more importantly feeling safe, knowing their problems will be solved before their departure 🏡 Upon their arrival, I feel a sense of relief, knowing my family is in good hands. The hands of professionals, who care, who love what they do and who have high standards for themselves and their work. Professionals who take pride in their work. Also, Luis, will take the time to explain the problem, he offers the solution and never attempts to sell services not needed . As if this was not enough, Luis, is more than fair with his prices. Usually, I am not one to write a review; however, I want to publicly acknowledge Luis and his company for their stupendous performance! Thank you for your service! Lastly, I would like to let our community know these kind of companies do exist and we should support them!!! They make such an impact and should be recognized for their hard work and dedication. We recently moved into a home in Woodland and had never used the AC until this past week. We turned it on last Wednesday for the first time and then all the sudden it stopped working Thursday night. It was a brand new until when we moved in so we were perplexed... My husband is a pilot and he was (of course) leaving on a trip so I called DeLuxe Air Friday morning, and Luis was at my house by 2:00 PM that afternoon! He fixed the problem and even came back Saturday morning to finish the job! He was kind, knowledgeable, and gracious - he explained everything to me, provided pictures of what he found, and even showed me how to install a new filter. I can't say enough good things about Luis and this business - Five Stars!
Incompetent Company. Only 3 employees, including the owner. I hired them for an HVAC routine cleaning. I never had any problems before but after they “worked” on my heater, it only would blow cold air in the middle of winter. After calling them to come back, they insisted it was fine and that the problem was my fault. The lady on the phone is rude, only answers if she feels in the mood. And there is no physical business location to find them if they decide to ghost you! After many phone arguments they came out and fixed it. Guess what? Come summertime I discovered my unit now would only blow hot air. I saved $10 on this joke of a company but it cost me much more in the long run. Avoid this “business” like the plague.
My house was about 85 ° inside and very uncomfortable, I called Deluxe Air at 6:30 Thursday evening, the owner assured me they would take care of us, and they did. The technician was at my house Friday morning, diagnosed the problem by Friday afternoon, had to order a part that came in Saturday morning, at 2:00pm my house was nice and cool. They have the best customer service that I've seen in a very long time. Pricing is fantastic. Thank you again you guys are truly the best!!
Our air conditioner broke down in the middle of these heat wave i call them and they came the next day early and got it fix thank you so much for the fast response
It was great working with Luis and his crew, on time and courteous. We had a complete a/c heating system installed and one new vent plus a new air return all in 1 day. We also signed up for there maintenance plan and they come and clean and check everything out twice a year. Any problems or questions they are there for you.
Update: From 1 star to 3 .The owner did call and the technician were very kind and apologetic. They too get 5 🌟. The only reason for the 3 stars is due to communication.
Had an appointment scheduled with a window of 10-12. Perfect we wait in the heat as the new unit they installed isn't working properly. Called when no one arrived or called by noon. Tec called back said they would be there in 20 to 30 min ok. Not super happy 1:15 still no technician... called spoke with person answering the phone. This person was very kind! I give that person 5 🌟.
Very unprofessional all I needed was the courtesy to call me so I don't take a whole day off work to sit and wait around. Waiting on the owner to call as we speak.
This is a family business I heard about through other satisfied customers. They saved us last summer when our system died in extreme heatwave. We were able to finance the new system. I am forever grateful to Deluxe Air in Woodland.
I was very impressed with every aspect of their workmanship, Customer Service, follow up etc. And very friendly! I just moved to Woodland and needed a new air conditioning unit so Luis was the first person I met. He was very welcoming. My experience has been a very positive one.
