Anytime was very professional, they did not try to use "high pressure" sales tactics, nor hypnosis sessions to try to get me to sign on the dotted line as other "well known" companies did. I highly recommend you contact Anytyme Plumbing for your next job.

First rate outfit. Appointment between 12-3 PM; they called at 11:30 and were here right at Noon. Cesar O. is very friendly and professional. They gave an estimate right up front. Had to snake out the kitchen drain and was done in 40 minutes. I would recommend 1-800 Anytime.

Second use of this Company. This time service was quoted at $89. However Nate charged our house-sitter $129 and did not discount the promised 10% coupon (for the 2nd visit). When I called for an invoice correction I was promised action - but nothing happened. While Nate was cordial and professional, I can't afford to use this Company any more

We put in a new water heater but did not put earthquake straps so Anytime fixed us up and we were good to go. Thank you for the great service and making our home safe.

We had such an easy time working with Frank to get our Heater fixed in our condo. He was so polite, and easy to work with. He did everything quickly, and even cleaned up extensively after everything was accomplished.

Cesar, Gerry, David and Mario are a great crew. They were courteous, worked quickly and professionally. City Inspector was impressed by work also. This is the second time we have used Anytime and will not hesitate to call again!!

After some mix-up on the appt time, Benny made up for it. He was very professional and went the extra mile to fix our running toilet. The new toilet ended up having an unusual defect that Manny figured out and spent a little extra time and care fixing. Highly recommended!

Frank and Mario from 1(800)Anytime saved my family and I the time and hassle of trouble shooting a category 3 leak on the 3rd story of our condo. Major kudos to this team for getting the job done at a decent price point without upselling us on services we didn't need. We will definitely be utilizing their services in the future!

Tracy installed a water heater in September and a kitchen faucet in November. Both times on short notice. The charges were very reasonable and it was definitely service with a smile! I have recommended Tracy to my colleagues at work!

We recently had a jammed Badger 0.5HP In-sink-erator unit and called Any-Tyme out to assist.

The plumber arrived (Cesar) who promptly declared the unit "burned out" after only trying to turn it on at the wall, even though it hummed when you turned it on. He then proceeded to quote my wife $440.00 to replace it.

He ignored the fact that it was still making a very audible humming noise, nor did he try loosening the stuck blade or using an Allen wrench to dislodge the blockage.

When my wife asked me if it was OK (I was in the other room working), I told her no. Cesar immediately countered that Any-Tyme did not want to lose our business and asked "How much would you be willing to pay?" and when my wife was confused, he immediately dropped his quote to $300.00 to replace the unit and started waffling about whether the unit could be made to work again or needed replacing. He kept pressing but I told my wife to stand firm.

Thinking it was an isolated case of a dishonest and predatory technician, I called the dispatcher at the company -- they proudly claim to be family owned so I thought they would want to know. They quickly pulled up our file and confirmed the plumber's name. I explained the problem to her and she said she understood why the situation would make us doubt their integrity. I asked for another quote, and she indicated that she had no price book and took my number to have their head person call me back.

I was disappointed that they made no effort to call me back and remedy the situation. I've told me wife that we're not to consider using them in the future, and let our neighbors know to beware if they should find themselves dealing with Any-Tyme.

After talking to some family about this, at their suggestion I went out and bought a $1.30 1/4" Allen Wrench at Ace Hardware and was able to free to blockage in the disposal in 2 minutes by inserting it into the bottom of the unit and turning it both directions. It's now working fine again. No burned out motor, no new unit, no ripoff.
