Let me start by saying before allowing them to touch my equipment to work on, they said they were confident it would be covered under warranty and they would just bill the manufacturer ( they have no contract with the manufacturer come to find out) They actually made my table worse and caused a clog in the hose rather than fixing it— and still charged me for their “service” and the parts they used which they actually ended up keeping. They actually charged for coming back to remove the parts they kept, and then Supposedly that was my “discount” when I shouldn’t have been charged for that to begin with. Never again. They had no care that they had not fixed it and didn’t know how to… at least be honest about your knowledge and experience don’t go around charging people and/or businesses for services you aren’t properly trained and equipped to handle. And please don’t touch things you don’t know how to fix either because you are costing people more in the long run, and that’s not okay.

The gentlemen although not knowledgeable in this line of work, was at least nice but the woman was very unprofessional and rude and hasty after being questioned about the bill— that they took weeks to send to me and tried to accuse me of late payment when I hadn’t even received one invoice until that one and it was titled “late.”
