Extremely unprofessional, they installed a brand new AC unit in one of my relatives home. It is under warranty once winter started it gave out. We've called multiple times, each time they give an appointment they either don't show up or make an excuse as to why they need to reschedule. Now they won't answer our calls. We paid $7k.

This company was assigned to me through my home warranty. On October 24 I scheduled a service request. I had to call them to schedule an appointment even though they are supposed to call me. A couple days later they came out and "fixed" my heater. Two weeks later the heater went out again. A service request was made on November 8. Again, I had to call for them to schedule an appointment. An appointment was made and I was given a 3 hour window of when the technician would show up and was told they would call me to let me know when they were on their way. I never received a call and the technician showed up when my mother in law stepped out for 10 minutes to pick up my daughter from school. I called the company because by the time she got back the technician had already left and the company told me he could not come back even though it had only been 5 minutes. I was told I would be called to let me know if he would return later that day otherwise he would be out on the following Monday. Well, Monday came and went with no call and no technician. I called on Tuesday and was given several excuses. I was not called because the girl in the office had to leave early for an emergency on Friday and I was told that on Monday the technician didn't come out because he had a medical emergency. Apparently there are only two people who work for this company. A couple days later the technician finally came out and said a part needed to be ordered. My mother in law has now been without a heater for 3 weeks. I have tried calling the company several times and no one answers. Poor customer service at its finest.

Claim opened on June 30th for our air conditioner due to loud clicking noise. Our appointment was on the 1st and the tech said it was a "loose screw" causing the noise. After the initial service, the air conditioner was turned on for a short period of time and the noise was gone. However, that evening the noise began again. Fehrenheit was called regarding the same issue and another appointment was scheduled for the 11th as the noise persisted. When the same tech came out for the exact same concern, he said it was the motor and the fan was bent. He took the parts and said he would locate them and come back out "no later than Friday". Friday we didn't hear anything from Fehrenheit so we called and the receptionist told us "our technician will be going to the distributor after his appointments" this went on for days. In the middle of a excessive heat warning (100-110) temperatures. Everyday WE had to call for an update and received nothing but excuses. We then had to go back through our home warranty company and received mixed information. At one point the company stopped answering my mother's calls and I had to call back to back several times for them to answer.
Finally, we were told the part was in on the 21st and a tech would be out on the 22nd. The 22nd they called us at 1130 (our appointment time was 12-2) and told us the tech "caught covid" and they were trying to find another tech to come out. We were later told there would be no tech available until Monday the 25th. The 25th we received yet another excuse, this time another tech had covid and they were trying to find a tech to cover their calls for the week. We were rescheduled for the 27th with no guarantee. Finally a new technician, Joel, came out and fixed our air conditioner. He was kind, thorough, and explained everything he did.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Our experience was filled with delay after delay, excuses, and inconsistent communication. Three weeks without AC is unacceptable and we do not feel our concerns were considered. Other than working with Joel, our experience with this company was very poor.

Technician was early and quickly diagnosed problem with my unit. I did not go through a homewarranty company. Office staff was very helpful and responsive. I called on a Tuesday and was scheduled for service the very next day! Parts needed for my heater repairs were on back order so I did have to wait for those to come in. As soon as the parts arrived 2 weeks later Fahrenheit notified me and had me on the schedule for the very next day. Ramon came back out and finished the repairs on my heater and my home is now warm and cozy. I also used Fahrenheit for some problems on my A/C back in June, technician that came out at the time was late, but he did call and notify me of his delays, my A/C was back up and running that same day!! I will 100% be recommending them to anyone and everyone that mentions they're needing HVAC services!!!

My home warranty dispatched this company out on NOVEMBER 22nd. That same day their tech informed me that I needed an inducer motor. He stated that he would submit the report for authorization. I called American Home Shield (My home warranty) at least 15 times for an update. I left several messages with Fahrenheit and spoke to their receptionist to follow up because my home warranty stated they never received the report. Finally on DECEMBER12th they stated that they received the report and it stated my heater was working just fine.
I called Fahrenheit and asked why they submitted this in error. I told them what their tech stated and the receptionist said there was nothing she could do, that I would need to pay another service fee and request another visit.
My home warranty dispatched a 2nd vendor for a 2nd opinion and on JANUARY 18th they stated that I need an inducer motor.
THIS ENTIRE TIME WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT HEAT. As many of times I spoke to Fahrenheit, not once did they state that in their report my heater was working just fine. I continually expressed to them that we've been with out heat and could they please send over the report. Never once did they return any of my voice messages nor call me back. It was always me who had to follow up. Never once did they offer an apology.

Highly recommend them they fix the issues my ac was having due to grants ac no fixing the issue with the pervious owner, now my ac works and can actually feel the air through the vents

Fast and reliable A/C service diagnosed my A/C ínstalled a new fan and got me up and running the same day !!
