Air Repair HVAC

Air Repair was out twice this week to fix my thermostat and replace my condensation pump. They were on time, they did good work, their prices were reasonable, and they were professional. I plan to use them again.

Responded quickly for repair. Friendly and knowledgeable, diagnosed problem and ordered part on site. Came back in two days with part and was finished in a half hour. I now have a functioning furnace!

Air Repair came out to install a new unit. The guys were all very polite and professional. They did and awesome job and most importantly they put my house items back and cleaned up. Thank you again😎👍

I would recommend the guys at Air Repair to everyone! They came in and fixed some major problems with our heating and air conditioning. Not only does the final product look way nicer than the original set up, but they did it for and great price. They were easy to work with and respectful of my home while they were here. I could not be happier with the service that I received! The person who answered my call was kind and sympathetic. Chris, the technician who fixed my air conditioner, was super nice and answered all of my questions. He even tolerated my slightly unruly dog! My air went out on Saturday and I called around all day on Sunday to get service to no avail. I called this location on Monday morning and Chris was at my door by 1pm that day in the midst of a heat wave! Highly recommend and I will definitely be using them again!

I had used this company in the past for some repair work on my furnace which they were able to perform and get me up and running quickly. So when the time came to replace my 32 year old HVAC system, I called them 1st. Chris Miller came out and gave me a fair quote on a whole new system, and we scheduled an installation date. I had all my ducting replaced, new furnace, and AC unit replaced with an upgraded system. The quality of the work was great and the system performance is outstanding. I would recommend Air Repair to anyone needing any HVAC work done.

Just had a horrible experience with this company. Talk to Clayton who at first told me that a part on my heating unit need to be replace. I specifically asked him if this part would be the remedy for the unit. He charge my card and two weeks later my tenants are telling me the units out again. The company goes out and finds out that oh it’s another part now that needs to be fixed and they want another payment when I specifically asked him in the beginning if this will be the remedy. Not happy with their service or the professionalism.I feel like I’m getting price gouged.

I asked for a manager and got Chris, since I was not happy with Clayton. Chris called me and was professional and Sympathetic that I had just had a major surgery. He told me he would take care of it and he did. He also asked if I would change my review, once the work was complete. Long story short Chris did what he promised to do and I’m more pleased with this company. I should not fault a employees actions and bad personality for the company’s owner reputation. It seems like they care about their reputation and it’s refreshing to know there is good service.

Since I too own a business I would recommend they work on the few employees that are Abrasive to learn to be more understanding and Sympathetic to landlords who have to fix rentals for tenants. I feel Chris understood my concerns and quickly fixed them. I will be send my work to him on my other rentals.

Chris was awesome! He arrived on time and was quick at diagnosing the issue. He was able to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. Cost of the service was reasonable and he didn’t try to add on unnecessary repairs. I would definitely call Air Repair in the future for any other HVAC issues I might have.
