He fixed it with the urgency that it required and also recommended a long term solution which I would have to do in the future. Definitely using this service again in the future. Highly recommended.

Throughout the service when i hired Gary's Heating and Air Conditioning, I was kept informed of what the potential problem is, and the type of work and cost that might be involved in fixing my furnace. Well, Gary's Heating and Air Conditioning scored another 10 with me. We had issues with a contractor honoring their warranty with us and to make a long story short, the Gary's Heating and Air Conditioning Tech advised us to contact the company and threaten them with going to the State licensing board. We did just that and the next day the contractor showed up and fixed the heater. Gary's Heating and Air Conditioning is the epitome of honest. They could have taken the job which would have resulted in us paying more then $10k to replace the heater but they did not want us to pay for services that we already paid for. Thanks to the owner for assisting us with our very stressful situation and going above and beyond to help us reach an amicable resolution that cost us zero dollar. When i hired them, staff of Gary's Heating and Air Conditioning spent over 2 hours explaining everything to me and left almost nothing to question. He provided so much information that I couldn't remember it all. After a bit of texting and a couple of calls, we had an agreement. He worked past 9pm that night getting everything ready for the installation.
The installers arrived the next day. He and his assistant were prompt, professional, curtious, and accommodating. The finished installation of the house heater, evaporator, condensing coils, thermostat, and return air filter cartridge is nothing short of what one would expect from seasoned professional installers.
