Once our AC/Heating system needed to be replaced, we experienced an even more amazing level of awesome professional service by the JMS team and office staff. Yossi Mesica, his son-in-law and his son all were extremely kind and patient in getting us the best system for our home and the financing. Once the project started, their technicians were extremely professional and neat while installing two units inside and two units outside. When the installation was done the technicians even vacuumed the floors. We received amazing service from the owner to every single technician and the office team involved in the project. We were treated like family. We are grateful to have had such an amazing experience and high level of professionalism. We would and have recommended JMS to all our friends and neighbors.     I can’t say enough about this company. We received 4 quotes to install a new heat/air unit and replace all duct work. JMS gave us the best price and handled all permits etc. The installers were fantastic. Great communication, such attention to detail and thorough in every way. We are so pleased and so happy that we had JMS do the work.

    The service was done few months ago. So, on one hand my review is long overdue. On the other hand it confirms the excellence of the job that stood the time test.
    Unbelievable service by this awesome team with Uriel Mtz, Manuel Aguilar and Oscar Maravilla. They had several challenges where to install, how to hide the ugly pipes and the condenser with least damage for the roof and other problems. They were very analytical and came up with very creative solutions. Always on time, extremely efficient, honest and considerate.
    They didn't rush to leave after the job. They tested the system fully with all options. Made sure everything was excellent. They cleaned the area spotless, hauled the boxes and trash.
    We were very impressed with these skillful guys with integrity and strong work ethics. I would definitely and with no doubt recommend this awesome team to others.

    I find working with the office personnel extremely frustrating. They hound you to keep up your annual service contract and are not particularly helpful in resolving problems. In this case they couldn’t locate an invoice from 1year ago for a thermostat that failed. This was the 3rd service call this year where my service request was that the heat wasn’t working & the thermostat was frozen. I was able to find the invoice & they followed up to get the manufacturer to replace it at no charge. Did they really think it was a good approach to put the burden on the customer?

    The technician, Andrew, was excellent. He did a thorough check, diagnosed the issue, and worked patiently with an irate customer & incompetent office staff to resolve the problem. I really appreciated his help & he was a nice guy too.
