From my call into the office to schedule the appointment to the actual fixing of the air conditioner was effortless, efficient, quick and friendly. The 2 technicians who showed up were great! Very knowledgeable , explained problem thoroughly, very professional and on time. I will use them again and highly recommend. They are family owned, fair, and honest.

When the technician arrived at my home, he was courteous and respectful, wearing shoe covers to protect my floors and taking the time to explain everything he was doing.
He demonstrated a deep understanding of air conditioning systems and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with my unit. He even took the time to clean the unit and make sure everything was running smoothly before he left.

I was also impressed with the pricing. Their rates were competitive, and there were no hidden fees or surprises.

My air conditioner broke down over the weekend during this heat wave. I called GW Richardson on Saturday. Kathy and Cassie called me back immediately to try to troubleshoot. A technician(Will) arrived at 7am Monday(today). Will fixed the problem. This company is amazing!
