Sergio is a professional. He has come out to our business twice to fix our fridge now. Each time, he was available with a short notice and he got the job done so it was up and running again. It is not easy to find an HVAC company that is honest and does the job right. So, thank you. We will keep using Alamo Heating and Cooling !

I was referred to this company by a very reputable HVAC contractor who worked on my system last year. I was able to get an appointment immediately the tech Jose’ addressed my concerns and found a solution to my problem he was professional and worked quickly I’ll definitely be using this company for business in the future!

I have to say, after realizing he had made a mistake trying to bill for unauthorized work, and especially when no work had even actually been done. The guy actually apologized and said there would not be a charge.
He did the correct and honest thing. I have to give him credit for that.

We hired Alamo Heating and Cooling to replace our hvac system and we are very pleased with the work. Sergio is very knowledgeable and professional. We were initially interested in a mini-split system and he was the only company that would do a quote for it. He provided us with three quotes and explained the pros and cons to each system. He was great at communicating with us and the roofing contractor replacing our roof. He started the job on time, always let us know when he would be here and finished on time too. His crew was very polite, respectful and they left our property clean after each day. When we paid for the job, I forgot to deduct the deposit that we already paid and Sergio let me know when handed him the check that overpaid. I honestly would not have remembered and I was impressed by his honesty. I highly recommend Sergio for any hvac needs!

Of course on Labor day with 115 degrees the AC stopped working. So many other places claimed to be open with emergency service, but Alamo heating and cooling were the only ones available as advertised. Thanks for getting the house cool again on such short notice!
