ProFlo AC, Heating, & Plumbing

I called today about my heater not working and they came out the same day. They were very professional and helpful. They called when the technician was on his other job still and made sure we were OK with them showing up a little late. He still made it within the original time frame. Javier Gonzalez was very helpful and knowledgeable on what he was doing. He didn't have the part but another technician had the part and brought it to him so they could fix our heater. He even went the extra steps and checked out my filters and vents to make sure they were all in working order. I have to say my heater works way better than it did before. Thank You guys and I will definitely recommend you to anyone I can.

My AC broke latebon a Saturday night. I reached out that night and I n Sunday morning I had a response and a scheduled appointment for Monday morning. The tech did everything he could to get it working but no good ( spend 3 hours with us.) Decided on Thursday to have a new hvac system installed. They were there Tuesday morning (Monday was a holiday) and got it done. There have been some issues with the components but they have come next day for any call I've made or responded to emails within 20 minutes. Good honest company. Only thing I didn't like was they left my front door wide open for some weird reason (everything was already inside and installed/removed) otherwise this would be a 5 star rating. I've been dealing with the Flys from that decision for a week now.

They just installed our 5 zone mini-split heat pump air conditioning and heating system. Although they're from Temecula, they were working in our neighborhood in Santa Monica and never made the distance an issue. They were utterly professional, adaptive and focused on problem solving. The owner Brian himself came out and oversaw the entire installation, and his entire team did an outstanding job.

They were also very competitive price-wise and worked within our budget, even creatively discovering some rebates to remove our wall furnaces that drive the price down by $6k! I would hire them again anytime. Highly recommended.

I agree and confirm what other customers have stated about Bryan Todd Jr and his team. They are outstanding! The really care about doing the job correctly and ensuring the customer is happy. I highly recommend them!

Our water heater went out. Bryan came out and installed a new one. He was professional, friendly and on time. We will definitely use ProFlo again. Thanks Bryan!

Josh Harvey, install Manager at ProFlo, provided customer service above and beyond the norm. He installed dampers to balance the air flow in my two story condo. This was six month after installation of my a/c. His professionalism and expertise, are two of the reasons why I am pleased to write this review. I love my a/c and would highly recommend ProFlo.

Service was fantastic! Danny Morrow was our technician who came out. He was honest, he diagnosed the problem quickly and he fixed our AC unit at such a reasonable cost. We called them up and they sent someone out to the the next day. I was very impressed! Thank you again Danny!

Full A/C and heat pump replacement. Would definitely recommend. Professional and courteous employees. They went the extra mile. Even lent us a portable a/c to get by until it could be done.

We have been having issues with our AC not cooling down the house for about a year. Daniel Morrow came out to take a look and had the problem diagnosed and fixed immediately. The AC is now working great! He was extremely kind and easy to work with. We definitely recommend their service.

Javier was great! He was here earlier than expected and he was able to get the part on the same day! He explained everything thoroughly and asked me if I needed anything else or if I had any questions or concerns. I have a special need child so I needed my AC repaired asap. I will definetly refer this company to family and friends.
