From the first call, they were responsive, and on time for the estimate. Once we scheduled the work, they arrived on time, covered everything to avoid dust getting everywhere and kept the area clean. They made the repairs in a small area, which was no easy task, and did it all with professionalism and in a timely manner. Raul is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. The guys cleaned up when they were done and the A/C is back up and running. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend D &R HVAC.

Called D&R HVAC after 3pm on the coldest rainiest day of the year hoping against hope that someone could get the heater in our house working again before nightfall for my family.

D&R installed our Fujitsu mini-duct heat pump system in 2018. They added a motorized damper to the system in 2019. Their work was absolutely top notch, completed promptly, and on budget. David and his team were very professional and a pleasure to work with. And they did a great job cleaning up when the installation was finished. The heat pump has performed flawlessly and we're so glad we had it installed. We couldn't be happier with D&R, I highly recommend them.

After trying with multiple companies to have our home air conditioner and heater fixed and none of them were able to fix it rather they wanted to replace everything. David was highly recommended to us. We decided to give him a try, knowing that he was going ro recommended that we replace the unit. He worked on the unit for a couple of hours and to our surprise, he was able to fix it at a reasonable price. He is courteous, professional and reasonable in his prices
We only use his company because we know his is honest and takes pride in his work.

I primarily dealt with David, a co-owner. Extremely professional, friendly & knowledgeable. He recommended the Fujitsu mini-split unit with both ac & heat for my bedroom. He & his crew quickly but efficiently installed the unit & tested it before leaving. They also did not leave a mess for me to clean up. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.
