I couldn’t recommend this company enough! As a first time homeowner, I was worried about the cleanliness of our vents due to both the age of the house and the work we had done leading up to moving in. I really didn’t even want to turn the system on until I had it cleaned. I have two small children and really wanted to make sure the house, especially the ventilation system, was as clean as possible. They kept in excellent contact with me from the moment I reached out, accommodating my schedule and when I wanted to have them come. More than that, they were on time, and educated me on the process and I can rest easy knowing my family is breathing clean air in our home! Thank you Breezeway!

Brandon is a total pleasure to do business with. Professionalism is the minimum you should expect. Breezeway goes way beyond that. My daughter and I have some issues with allergies, so having clean air ducts is essential for us. Along with the air ducts, Brandon cleaned our furnace, A/C compressor, & all vents. Our HVAC filters were changed. We’ll definitely have Breezeway back here in a few years (if not sooner).

Brandon at Breezeway came out and cleaned my air ducts after a remodel I did a couple years ago on my Pasadena home. Was much needed and he did a great job, very professional, timely and could tell a big difference afterwards. I just called them back to clean my dryer duct and bathroom fans and once again they exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend!

Brandon came out to clean my HVAC ducts and furnace. He was able to give me an appointment the same week I called and was on time for the appointment. Once he arrived he explained what he was doing and provided me with some additional tips for keeping my HVAC in good condition. Total job took about 3 hours. I have recommended him to my family and won’t hesitate to use breezeway again when I need my ducts cleaned!

It’s so refreshing dealing with a family business! Brandon and his team are so sweet and accommodating and make efforts to get to know their clients. We had a newborn we were bringing home from the NICU and wanted to make sure we had a thorough clean done. We couldn’t have been happier with Brandon and Breezeway -So much so that we brought them back the following year and he remembered us!
Prices were by far more competitive then other companies we looked at and they were so fast to schedule and perform our service.

Brandon was so knowledgeable! He came over to provide a cleaning & duct work quote. He explained everything thoroughly and in layman's terms which is helpful! He & Victor came in cleaned our ducts and did some rearranging of our ducts to increase direct air flow into a trouble room. All our rooms feel great now.
