Ray is a real treasure. Very pleasant to work with. Was able to figure out what was wrong, fix it, and get my air conditioner back up and running in less than two hours. He talked me through every step of the process in a way that made me feel very confident and at ease. Thanks to him, I'm sitting in a nice, cool house, and I am very thankful.
