We just moved in.. We haven't installed an AC yet.. We called the company because a friend recommended them.. Installed 3 AC units in our house.. They've got really good services!! Very prompt and nice staffs too.. We would def use them again in the future!!

They had one that came in and removed the old unit, the next one came in and took everything off, then the next one did the next part. They were extremely well coordinated and made this whole process smooth. I would recommend them without hesitation!

I was having a problem with the AC.. It was barely blowing and the temperature was slowly rising.. I called Sun Valley HVAC Solutions and was given instructions for how to thaw the coils myself and fix the problem without having to wait for a visit or pay.. I really appreciated the quick and easy fix.. Very helpful and honest..

They sent out their technician right away who saw that only a little part needed to be replaced.. they happened to have the part in their truck so he only charged me the service call free.. Everything went so smoothly (the complex even decided to reimburse me) I would highly recommend them to anyone..

We wanted to install a new AC system in our house. We contacted Sun Valley HVAC Solutions. They arrived in hour house and examined the place for the installation job. They gave us a detailed description of the plan of the project. They also gave us a quote and and an estimation of the duration of work. We were very satisfied with the end result. It’s a highly professional company.

Good service in all aspects: the technician was professional and very trained and worked efficiently. He installed a new AC unit in our house and did a very meticulous work and cleaned around at the end of work. Very serious and impressive attitude. We paid a fair price. Highly recommended.

When I spoke with Trish she seemed really nice. She informed that I had to pay a $60 diagnostic fee and if I decided to get my HVAC system repaired it would be waived. I was totally fine with that. When the technician went over (I wasn't home, but my parents were) he said it was a free estimate. All the technician said our heater is "busted." And my parents asked how much is the repair and the tech said it would cost the same if i replace the whole unit. My mother then asked him how much would it cost and the technician replied saying he can't give her an estimate because he would have to come back and measure the square footage of our home. Just any rough estimate would be fine (±$500; anything, but nothing). The technician told my mom that he would rather talk to me, but I never received a call back from anyone.
