I couldn’t ask for a better company, fast efficient, and the installer was kind and went through everything with me on my unit. Very knowledgeable on how to keep your house as warm or as cold as possible without breaking the bank.👍
Couldn’t recommend these guys more! Fast, responsive and very reasonable. I’ve had them out three times now and this last time the problem was simple. Our breaker had tripped and the compressor wouldn’t fire. He didn’t charge a call out fee or anything. He didn’t have to do that but I can tell they respect their customers future business!
Elias took care of us. We have a newborn needed the unit up and running asap. Gave us a fair price compared to all others I called on a Saturday after hours. Highly recommend.
Called this company out for service on my air conditioner. Elias the tech was very knowledgeable and well trained. He explained throughly what was wrong and needed to get my a/c going again. He also did a complete new system for my parents house. I really recommend him and his prices are very reasonable compared to the other companies we called for estimate.
Elias came out to our business and got our business all set up with air conditioning. Very clean polite and professional. We were up and running within a few hours after he came out. Highly recommend and our go to guy for all our a/c issues. Thank you our seasons for the awesome work.
Elias came out and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. He took more time than he needed to and this was on a Saturday. The system works great and the bid was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend four seasons.
Elias is my hero right now. I would give 10 stars if I can. He came the same day I called him. He had my A/C up and going very quickly. I loved how professional and nice he was. I will be using him again in the future. I highly recommend him.
I gave the technician 120 cash and he never gave me my receipt. And was told he would. Don't trust this company!! Beware of them asking for cash!! Even asked me that he would fix the problem for 700 dollars cash.. BAD BUSINESS!!!
My tenants’ a/c had not been functioning during the recent heat wave. On Sunday morn, July 12, I called Four Seasons Heating & Air explained the situation to Elias. He said he could be at the house that day between 5 pm – 7 pm. He arrived around six-ish the same eve. 1. As my tenant and I were standing in the front yard, Elias went on roof to examine the condenser, a few minutes later he came down from the roof & said the unit was old, dirty, and needed a starter, starter booster, & freon. Elias quoted $750 for the above-mentioned repair work, which he said would take about 15 min to complete. 2. I said no to his verbal bid. Elias then offered to temporarily “install” the above items on the unit to see if it would then operate. After connecting his recommended repair items to the condenser, he entered the house to switch on the a/c to check if it was operational. My tenant & I continued to wait outside 3. A few minutes later Elias came out to report the a/c still wasn’t functioning and more work was needed re: motor & wiring problems. He was unable to offer more definitive information as to the work needed but lowered his original bid of $750 to $525 (senior discount). I declined the lower bid as well. 4. I asked him if he would give me a written estimate. Elias said he would email the $45 service call invoice along w/ the job estimate. He asked if I would be getting a 2nd opinion and I replied yes. He then went on the roof to remove his “test” parts from the condenser and left. 5. The next day I contacted another HVAC company, and the repairman was at the house the following day. He did the following: a. After a rooftop condenser review, he informed me the condenser was extremely dirty & showed me pictures he had just snapped showing its grimy condition. He immediately washed the condenser to its cleanest condition since its installation five years ago. b. After the cleaning, he diagnosed a dual capacitor was needed for the condenser. c. He checked the interior unit and found that the indoor blower cord was not connected. There were a couple of other wires there were mis-crossed that he corrected. d. He removed a PG&E device from the motor that had been installed to restrict air flow via a previous weatherization review. e. Once the unit was up & running, the repairman returned to the roof with a gauge to monitor the refrigerant and said the levels were adequate & freon was not needed. f. The unit is operating superbly, and I was billed considerably less than Elias’ original and subsequent discounted quote. Thank you.
