The young man who came out to service my kerosene stove was very polite and efficient. He was very careful as he cleaned out my stove as to not make a mess. (My stove was very black and had a lot of soot). He took his time to make sure everything was tightened up and adjusted.

My on demand water heater quit working. Over the past few months I had tried de-scaling the unit and wasted hours online trying to figure out the problem. After dozens of cold showers I decided it was time to give them a call. Colby came out the next day and had it handled quickly. Colby arrived right at the scheduled time. He did maintenance on my 10 year old system that Advanced Comfort installed. He answered my questions. Still operating well. They installed a Generac generator a while back and it has been a life saver. Great company!

We had a Generator installed with Advancec Comfort Control. The only electrical company to respond. The service was much quicker than expected and professionally done. Warren headed up the team and was very informative.

Called that morning and they were able to schedule me a same day appt in Lake Almanor. Technician kept me apprised of his timing. Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and had the parts to fix it immediately. We have AC again! Super professional! Would recommend and use them again.

In July 2020, Advanced Comfort Control installed a Bryant ductless system in our home that included 3 high wall units and two ducted units in addition to the outside unit. One ducted unit was installed in the kitchen ceiling between two beams, eventually covered with drywall, while the larger, ducted unit was installed in the crawl space. The project was a remodel and the walls were open so the ACC team ran the refrigerant lines under the house and through the walls. Definitely a complicated installation.

The installation went smoothly with only minor problems consistent with a remodel project of this type. The ACC team was responsive to our concerns regarding the route of refrigerant lines and the location and clean, aesthetically pleasing, installation of the high wall units.

The system is surprisingly quiet, much more so then a typical forced air furnace. It is barely noticeable in the background as it consistently keeps the rooms warm or cool. The ability to control the temperature in individual rooms is very nice and economical. The system increased our electrical bill by $50- $75.00 per month. We were quite happy with this because we eliminated our fuel oil bill resulting in a lower monthly heating bill and we obtained air conditioning in the deal.

Although the technology of these systems and the expertise required to design and install them can be expensive, the system the ACC team designed and installed exceeds our expectations for monthly savings, aesthetics, and functionality.

We are thankful to the ACC team for their professional assistance with our project. We won’t hesitate to seek out their assistance for any required maintenance on our system or any future project we undertake that requires their expertise.

They are always helpful and professional in all my dealings with them. Great company. Greater people. I have used them for maintenance and repair on my heater and they installed a Generac generator for me as well.

First, thank you guys!! ACC install a new General Generator for the house, pump house and shop. We have a older ranch house and ran into some hiccups with LMUD. They didn’t let us down and are amazing problem solvers and still got the project done on time. First class and worth the money.

Advance Comfort Control and Electrical replaced all the breaker boxes, breakers riser and meter for the electrical service to my house following damage done to the system due to a tree branch falling and taking them out. They were very professional and did a great job. They were on time and completed the work as scheduled. I would recommend them highly.
