We just had a new a/c unit installed and everything went smoothly! We had a handful of companies out to give estimates, and AirXperts Heating & AC Repair was the most responsive and the most reasonably priced (by quite a bit! We got multiple estimates at double what AirXperts Heating & AC Repair charged us). They got the job done quick, right when they said it would be done, and everyone was friendly! We had a minor issue the night after the install team left, but they sent someone right back out first thing the next morning and got it ironed out without issue. Great, no-stress experience!

AirXperts Heating & AC Repair did a great job replacing our old Air Conditioner & Furnace at our home. They showed up on time and finished slightly ahead of schedule. The team of installers were professional and cared about the house. The owner (John Mullins) is a great guy and trained my wife & I on the iPhone applications that set the temperature and turn the system on & off. They charged exactly the amount they quoted.

I understand why AirXperts Heating & AC Repair has such great reviews! Jake came to give us a check up of our system. He didn't try to sell me on any additional work. He was pleasant and efficient. He let us know we would most likely need a new fan for our condenser next year, but we're all good for now.

Our AC went out just at the start of the recent (early Sept.) heat wave. AirXperts Heating & AC Repair was one of the earliest appointments we could get so we decided to give them a try. What a great decision! Jake, our service technician, arrive in the early part of our appointment window, was personable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He had the problem pin-pointed and repaired in about half an hour. We'd give him 10 stars if we could.

If you are having HVAC issues, AirXperts Heating & AC Repair should be your only call. They are undoubtedly the best vendor around. Jake was our technician and he is an absolute rock star! My 75 year old mom was there to grant him access and he was so kind and thorough. Upon inspection, he immediately pinpointed the issue and then stopped at nothing to make the repairs. Turns out we have a relatively new unit that was not installed correctly and definitely not to code. Jake was able to make the necessary adjustments to get everything up and running, the house finally cooled, and my family is no longer going to die. Also, I am a renter and asked for a very thorough description of the problem that was found so that I could relay the info to my landlord. They provided clear and accurate detail in the work notes of the invoice so I can get reimbursed from the landlord.

Beyond stoked for our new unit. Not only is the air/furnace unit amazing ( nearly silent and gets the house cold), we were able to get a fast quote and on the schedule quickly during a heat wave no less. Josh and the rest of the crew was very friendly, respectful of my home, cleaned up and even finished early. 5/5 recommend after having AWFUL experiences with two other local companies my home warranty sent out.
