I called them last Thursday and they were able to send a technician on Friday. All I had was a bad fuse, which they replaced at no cost. They even waived the trip charge due to my financial situation. I was shocked, but I appreciate the generosity and glad it was not anything major, as I am not in a position to spend lots of money at this moment.
