Schoonmaker Heating & Air Conditioning

Skyler was able to schedule a PM for my units within a couple of days of my call. He was on time, very professional and organized. Skyler corrected issues left undiscovered by prior service companies. I have recommended him to my neighbors and will use L.E. Schoonmaker for my future maintenance and service.

Skylar came to our house and appeared professional. He quoted $500. The final charge was $836. He installed the units fine, but not where we wanted them. I let him know that I wanted them in a different location and asked if he could come back and relocate them. He was upset that we weren't thrilled and let me know that he was so busy that we could expect 3-4 months for him to come back. Mind you, he never asked if he set them in the right spot in the first place. He told me a high price and far off date as an FU. When I called him on it he didn't seem to care. Customer service is poor.
