I hardly ever post reviews but I have to say rarely, if ever, have I had such a great experience with any company. Over 4 years ago Aairco replaced our heating & air unit in our garage right next to the garage door that everyone invariably enters to come into our 🏠. (Large, circular driveway that feeds into a large parking area next to the garage). I was not home at the time they did it, husband was, and while the unit itself looked & works great, the drywall underneath was left thrashed. It looked awful & really bothered me however, my husband discouraged me from complaining. He is not one to make a stink. Fast forward to this last week 4 years later & we we're considering putting the house on the market. I gave them a call to complain even though my husband thought it was a waste of time since it had been so many years. "Mark" was wonderful & agreed from my pictures the job was asthetically horrible. He promptly sent "Daniel" out the day before Thanksgiving who worked very hard & diligently along with our 5 🐕 s all shapes and sizes sniffing & smelling him constantly, and fixed the drywall support bench supporting the unit so it looked professional and finished. From the get-go they were both helpful, understanding & fast. Never once did they give us a hard time for waiting 4 years. They are definitely a company that stands behind their name & takes pride not only in what they do, but how they do it.

It is so nice to get quality workmanship at a great price. The Aairco team was professional, extremely talented, informative and pleasant to have around. They replaced my 30 year old system and now i can adjust my house to freezing or toasty-warm with an app on my phone or a small, stylish touchscreen on the wall. Additionally, as my house has an awkward room addition, the Aairco lead ( Kris ) designed my system with a ductless unit that is able to cool or heat the family room/dining room/kitchen area where everyone hangs out, without having to run the whole house unit. This saves me money! Thank you so much, Aairco! I couldn't be happier.

Carlos was outstanding. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed a leaky hole in drain line that was causing water intrusion. The plumber that came out yesterday didn’t even think to check it out. Thanks Carlos, you were professional and very knowledgeable!

Don't recommend. Call taker is nice and friendly as was repairman Issac...but company wanted to overcharge me for gas valve replacement. Their labor cost was an insult to me. Ended up going with another HVAC company and had my valve replaced for half the cost. Also, I had asked for the manager to call me, and they never called me. Poor customer service.

Called Aairco for diagnosis of a mini-split. Guy Jeff shows up gets on roof and takes picture.
I told Jeff unit had a error code #1 which from Google means circuit board is likely dead. I guess Jeff took my diagnosis to heart, because he never checked unit, never stepped foot in the house.

Jeff never opened unit, never turned on unit yet charges me 88 dollars to diagnose unit.

Day later they call up telling me they cant find part for unit because its from.mexico and it will be 2200 for a new unit.

So I wait a week for answer to finding part because Jeff is still looking.

I call a couple weeks later and lady that answers phone is talking over me while I'm asking what did they diagnose????

She calls supervisor after I tell her I'm calling BBB and says yep, supervisor agrees that 88 dollars was for Jeff ro diagnose (take picture of model number)

We leave off with her saying she will talk to Jeff about what he did or didn't and get back to me. I gave it a couple days, so here is my review.

This company basically stated because it was getting warmer and they were getting busy they had no time to diagnose anything..... they just want the easy money installations!.... I understand that, but don't charge for a diagnosis when you were to lazy to diagnose anything.

Never heard from supervisor.

In my opinion it would be best to not call this company for any diagnosis.

I reported to BBB and owner was defiantly stubborn....80 was a cheap lesson, not worth a court filing fee
