My technician from Reliable AC and Heating Repair for a water heater install was too good. Everything was explained prior to starting as well as the price. All in all, a positive experience and am happy to have hot water!

Reliable AC and Heating Repair technician went above and beyond the call of duty getting my hot water to work. He not only came out after hours but also called several hours later to see if it was working correctly. I said no and he was willing to come out and look at it again. BUT suggested I try something, so I did, and it worked! Thank you for your willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty.

Only giving him 5 stars is an injustice. Easily the best service/repairman in the city. They just don't make people like this anymore. Take away the fact that the only reason you're dealing with him is because something in your apartment has gone wrong, and you'll feel lucky you met him.
